The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Must be a customer focused person
- Excellent telephone manner
- Must have a "can do" attitude
- Good computer skills
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain customer loyality
- Increase sales revenue
- Provide high quality customer service
- Deal with current and new customer enquries
- Provide customers with quotations
- Placing supplier orders via our unique online system
