Cancelling your order - non customised items
You have the right to cancel an order made online for a limited period even if the goods are not faulty. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You have a further 14 days in which to return your order to us for a full refund. You can cancel all or part of your order.
Cancelling your order - customised items
Items which have been customised with a logo (for example an embroidered or printed school or club badge), a sponsor logo, initials, names or numbers are not eligible for cancellation unless the order is cancelled prior to the customisation being made. Items which have been customised and delivered cannot be refunded or returned.
When you buy an item of clothing that is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund so long as no more than 30 days have passed, starting on the first day after the item was delivered. You can request for the item to be replaced or refunded. You will not be eligible for a refund if we advised you of the fault before you bought it the item.
You do not have the right to return an item if you have ordered the wrong size or the incorrect item with the exception of cancelling your order above. We may accept returns purchased from specific affliate shops - please refer to the returns policy within that shop.
We may occasionally make an error when picking an order. If we have sent you the incorrect size, then we will replace the item free of charge. We may ask you to return the incorrect item at our cost.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. The refund will be made back into the account from which you made your order.
